Claims Administrator

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Employment Type: Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm and Saturday on rotation 9am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently review and process claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain detailed records of claims and related correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve claims issues.
  • Analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and administration teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in claims processing or administration, preferably in an insurance-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
